Adults: 1 to 2 sprayings in each nostril, 4 to 5 times a day, up to 30 days, or as recommended.
Children: 1 spraying in each nostril, 2 times a day, up to 30 days, or as recommended.

Wash your hands before using. In the first application, press repeatedly until the product leaves.
Perform a slight massage on the outside of the nostril to distribute the gel evenly.

Hyaluronic acid, extract of red and chestnut algae, vitamin E, vitamin F, glycerin and panthenol.
