    DERMOTECA together with partner processors are responsible for the processing of the subject’s data in a loyal, lawful and transparent fashion. The processor can only process personal data in accordance with the guidelines instructed by DEMROTECA, and always in a strict compliance of the law and the purposes entrusted to it under the contract concluded.


    In order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data, DERMOTECA will take the legally established measures to ensure that the processor offers sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data, and that it is a reputed entity and that it has adequate technical and organizational security measures , in order to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access and any other form of unlawful treatment, in particular through the formalization by contract between the DERMOTECA and the processor entity in which the processor undertakes to act only on the instructions of the controller when processing personal data.
